Obituary of Sydney Joseph Logan

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Sydney J. Logan announces his passing, which occurred on Sunday, April 8, 2018 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on June 18, 1926, he was a son of the late Mabel Shielder. Sydney will be missed by his children: Nancy (Wayne), Dorthey (Don), Sydney (Theresa), Frank, James, David, Joan (Jamie), Margaret (Jim), Brian (Patricia), Mabel (Joe), Gary and Kevin; grandchildren: Bobby, Daniel, Jason, Ryan, Angie, Kayla Melissa, Sarah, Christina, Julie, Amanda, Laura, Janice and Elizabeth; several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to his mother, he was predeceased by his beloved wife, Joan Helen Logan and his siblings: Mary, Helen, Theresa, Margie, Leo and Art. Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424) with visitation on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 from 6-8 pm. A graveside service will be held at St. Joseph’s Cemetery on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at 10:00 am.
