Obituary of Patrick Gerald McCarthy

It is with great sadness that the family of Patrick "Pat" Gerald McCarthy, husband of Sandra McCarthy, announces his peaceful passing which occurred on Monday, September 17, 2018, at the Saint John Regional Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Pat was born in Saint John on November 12, 1957, a son of the late Ronald and Margaret (Keleher) McCarthy. Pat spent most of his working career as the parts manager at Centennial Motors. He also enjoyed model cars, nascar and camping. He will be sadly missed by his brothers: Ronald (Dale), Thomas, Paul and Michael McCarthy (Rachel); several nieces, nephews and cousins; along with members of his extended family and his special family at 3 Bears . Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB, 634-7424, with visitation of Thursday, September 20, 2018 from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 pm. A Funeral Liturgy will be held from Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, September 21, 2018 at 10:00 am. Interment to follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to St Joseph’s Church - The Hope Center, St. Joseph’s Church - Mass Card or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
