Obituary of Barbara Ann Barton

It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Barbara Ann (Freeze) Barton wife of the late David Barton which occurred on August 9, 2019 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John on October 12, 1936 she was a daughter of the late Herbert and Beatrice (Mitchell) Freeze.

She is survived by her children, Gregory (Sharon) Muise of St. George, Gina Muise and Bart Barton both of Saint John; grandchildren Jacob Melvin and Nicholas Melvin.

Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB, (634-7424) with visiting on Monday, August 12, 2019 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 12, 2019 at Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery at 2.30 pm. In lieu of flowers remembrances may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
